Gulf Insurance Group – Jordan (GIG - Jordan) continues to reinforce its leading position in the insurance sector following its win of the General Insurance Company of the Year Award – 2025 from Middle East Insurance Review (MEIR) magazine, one of the most prominent regional publications specializing in the insurance industry across the Middle East and North Africa.

This recognition reflects the company’s excellence in digital innovation and its outstanding financial performance. The award further confirms the strength and resilience of the company, particularly after achieving the highest credit rating in the Jordanian market,  A- (Excellent), from the global rating agency AM Best, which highlights its strong financial position, efficient risk management systems, and long-term stability.

In terms of innovation, the company continues to lead digital transformation through advanced solutions, including the GIG AutoParts platform, the integrated digital medical insurance platform, and the Yalla GIG loyalty program, in addition to its partnership with Zain Jordan to launch the first fully digital and innovative insurance platform (InsurTech) in the Kingdom.
