Program Benefits:
- Medical insurance for all family members, covering inpatient and outpatient services (with limited limits), inside and outside Jordan, in accordance with the terms stated in the medical contract regarding medical coverage inside and outside Jordan.
- Direct coverage through accredited medical providers using the electronic medical card.
- Well distributed medical network inside Jordan (more than 4100 providers).
- Reimbursement claims settlement within 7 working days.
In-Hospital Coverage (Table)
Maternity (does not include prenatal visits or IVF treatment) (Table)
Out-Patient Coverage (includes prenatal visits) (Table)
Reimbursement claims:
70% of the invoice amount
Coverage for normal pregnancy and delivery:
- Coverage for routine pregnancy check-ups
- Coverage for all pregnancy-related vitamins and minerals, whether registered or unregistered as medication
- Coverage for calcium supplements for pregnant women
- Provision of 4 additional forms for pregnant women, to be used exclusively for routine pregnancy check-ups
New born babies coverage subject to adding them to the medical insurance policy within a maximum period of 15 days from birth date ( In case the delivery case is covered) as follows:
- Coverage of newborn babies from day one excluding congenital & hereditary diseases.
- Coverage for premature newborns from normal pregnancies under the medical insurance policy, with an annual limit of JOD 2,000 per case.
- Coverage of newborn circumcision within the maternity limits.
- Coverage of children vaccines according to Ministry of Health National Program
Hormones and Vitamins Coverage:
- Coverage for therapeutic vitamins not subject to 16% sales tax and prescribed by the treating physician
- Coverage for Vitamin B12, including tests and treatments
- Coverage for Vitamin D, including tests and treatments
Additional benefits and advantages:
- Coverage for osteoporosis cases, including tests and treatments, excluding medications subject to 16% sales tax
- Coverage for heart attacks, strokes, and their complications
- Coverage for assistive medical devices (including cardiology and cardiovascular network, heart valves, pacemakers, and knee implants) within the limit per case
- Coverage for back and spinal pain, subject to waiting periods
- Coverage for sedative medications to treat an insured medical condition
- Coverage for laser kidney stone treatment
- Coverage for mammogram tests related to an insured medical condition
- Coverage for benign tumors and related treatments
- Coverage for non-cosmetic dermatological conditions, excluding medications subject to 16% sales tax
- Coverage for eye diseases not related to visual acuity, vision correction, keratoconus, or age-related conditions
- Option to include household employees (e.g., domestic helpers, drivers, etc.)
- Coverage for more than one medication pack, based on the treating physician’s recommendation, for a maximum duration of one month
