• Plan A: In‑patient and day‑care treatments, out‑patient services (primary & specialist care, diagnostic tests, physiotherapy & psychotherapy), plus maternity, health checks, dental care, optical care, and vaccinations.
• Plan B: In‑patient treatments only, whether for overnight hospitalization or day‑case procedures, including all related tests and treatments.

AXA 360° is designed to be fully customizable. You can choose an inpatient‑only plan or add extra benefits to suit your exact healthcare needs.
