Due to GIG Jordan’s keenness to develop its electronic services that facilitate the insurance process, a group of electronic services has been launched on the “Sanad Chatbot” channel through the WhatsApp application to serve customers at all times, seven days a week.

The electronic link has been automated with the roadside assistance company, allowing customers to request assistance and simplifying the process of reaching them in case of need. By sending the customer’s location via WhatsApp, the roadside assistance company can dispatch help as quickly as possible. The company also evaluates the service provided by sending a questionnaire through the WhatsApp channel 24 hours after the service request.

The new update of the application also provides several other services, including:

  • Requesting a winch at the accident site

  • Receiving the documents required to open a comprehensive accident file

  • Assistance in the event of a battery failure

  • Supplying gasoline

  • Vehicle license renewal service

  • Assistance in the event of snow or sand

  • Searching for the nearest repair center or garage

  • Other specialized services
